Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do offer limited refund options under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Digital Product Policy
All ViseoPRO products, including downloads, training materials, and content systems, are delivered digitally.
Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive access to the product after purchase
- There was a technical issue that prevented access and it was not resolved
